Alive & Singing

Alive and Singing is a group of all-inclusive choirs across Herts, Beds and Bucks formed by like-minded people and directed by the very talented Barbara Fleet. The choirs have grown to over 250 members in total, from every walk of life.

They come together weekly and sing pop, rock, motown and gospel music for pleasure - the fun and sense of achievment experienced during rehearsals ensures we depart on a high. Every member of Alive and Singing is valued and collectively we have a say in our repertoire and other decisions.

Alive and Singing recorded their debut album "Don't Look Back" in 2012 and it is currently for sale on iTunes. The album contains 12 hugely uplifting choral versions of well-loved pop, rock, motown and gospel classics arranged especially for the choir by the director, Barbara Fleet and all proceeds go to charity. They are proud to support a wide range of cancer-based charities through their regular performances and ANYBODY may come and try Alive and Singing FREE of charge and experience the fun for themselves!

Alive and Singing Bedford meet at Wootton New Life Methodist Church every Wednesday from 19:30 - 21:30.
